Because our products are digital assets, our refund policy has been structured to offer fairness to our customers while protecting our educational resources from abuse.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We provide a full 14-day money-back guarantee for all digital products purchased on pumpisfun.world. If you are not satisfied with the visual layout, the structure of the templates, or the hydration protocols, you can request a complete refund of your purchase price within 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase. We do not require complex justifications—we simply ask for your feedback so we can improve our companion guides.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide the email address used during purchase and the transaction reference ID.
Once we receive your email, we will verify the transaction and process the refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
3. Constraints on Audits & Custom Services
Please note that the 14-day refund guarantee applies fully to the digital PDF and Excel workbooks. However, for the Elite Routine Review package, once our training auditor has completed your custom routine review and delivered the analysis report via email, that portion of the service ($40 value) is no longer eligible for a refund, as the professional assessment has been fully executed. If you wish to cancel an Elite order prior to the delivery of the audit report, you may do so for a full 100% refund.
4. Policy Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to decline refund requests from individuals who exhibit patterns of policy abuse. Examples of abuse include purchasing products, claiming a refund, and subsequently purchasing the same or upgraded products to claim multiple refunds. In such cases, the accounts and email addresses will be permanently blocked from future purchases on our platform.
